6.3 Soft Freeze

Yes indeed feature freeze today so the list of released tars from git
modules should be closed.  I plan to release the same modules as for 6.2
with the addition of spectacle which is have a slightly confusing overlap
with KDE Gear where I need to twiddle bits to get the translations out of
trunk.

I see there is a snap-kcm also in the plasma gitlab category, I've had no
request to release this but I'll check.
