Moving Spectacle to the Plasma release schedule

Having a look at the Plasma 6.3 release date I am still confused, it seems 
like we are going to have concurrent releases of spectacle-kde-gear-24.12.x 
and spectable-plasma-6.3.x.

Isn't that what we were trying to avoid?
