Moving Spectacle to the Plasma release schedule

We are not able to handle two stable translations branches for KF6.
Unless you want to track the spectacle/plasma translations from trunk_kf6 and
the spectacle/gear translations from stable_kf6. But I would advise against
that, unless it's really, really needed.
