Future Plasma 5.27 and 6 Releases

We have one more release of 5.27 scheduled for December 5th.

"5.27.10 Bugfix Tue 2023-12-05 Bug fixes and new translations only from
Plasma/5.27 branch"

The 6.0 alpha releases start in less than 2 weeks (!) on Wed 8 November.
I'll need to create a list of git modules to include in this sometime soon.

Let me know if there's any opinions for more 5 releases or other changes
but this feels good to me
