kinfocenter needs supporting binaries

Testing some distros this week with Plasma 5.24 (Fedora and Kubuntu but
it'll likely apply to others) I see kinfocenter has supporting binaries
which are not installed

My grep foo tells me it expects these to be installed:

lscpu
eglinfo
glxinfo
vmstat
cat /proc/interrupts
lspci
vulkaninfo
wayland-info
xdpyinfo
