This would be an easy fix, but first we need to decide--or rather,
re-decide--what we want Breeze High Contrast to look like in the first place.
Because right now it looks like an old worse version of Breeze Dark which
actually has less contrast in many places, such as the what's described here in
this bug report. Same issue with Bug 442286.
