Based on the responses from the doodle poll the best time for the 5.24
kickoff meeting is Monday 18 October at 14:00UTC which is 15:00GMT and
16:00CEST.

We'll use meet.kde.org and I'll send round the URL on #plasma and here
before the meeting

Standing agenda is:

   - Plasma 5.next etc release schedule
   - Plasma 5.next Qt and KF5 deps
   - VDG summary
   - Review features for next release
