plasmashell is in a good state currently, but kwin has a problematic
trend ATM

* Little bit annoyed about how most applications don't do versioning correctly
* and had to fix almost all applications

* started to flesh out an api in libkirigami (usable from both qml and
c++) to identify form factors, scren sizes, input types etc (hopefully
better than the settings.ismobile and that can encompass
plasma-bigscreen as well)

only applet, containment, containmentaction, corona, to see how
difficult the split for plasma6 will be

Fixed bugs:
* clicking on Appearande Global theme is now highlighted
* fixed headers now they appear for all kcms
* Landing page entry doesn't appear anymore in sidebar when enabling
highlight changed entries
# Plasma Mobile
* Merged the homescreen multipage refactor
* started a prototype of an alternative homescreen based on the same
components, that one with just a paginated set of icons without a
bottom drawer
