Improve Latte integration with Plasma

Hello,

During the last KDE Sprint of June 2021 we decided that improving Latte
integration with Plasma would be very appreciated. In that manner I had
prepared some patches that need review and one, two more that I will send
them in the future.

The first one is looknfeel support for latte layouts:

and the second one is a plasma bug fix for availableScreenRect:
