* Made a new announcement html layout for Plasma 5.20 announceemnt

     KDE bug 364365 in systemsettings (kcm_users) "When home partition
is encrypted, changing password does not cause
~/.ecryptfs/wrapped-passphrase to get updated, breaking login"

*  ended up with a nice little PAM wrapper that doesn't block - that
we can potentially use in some other places
* It'd be 5.21 at this point
*  Also (for anyone with access)  I've started redoing our feedback
visualisation now viewable at metrics.kde.org
* Which is both faster and a bit nicer than what we had in that
UserFeedbackTool app
