REVISION SUMMARY
  This patch adjusts the default Breeze color scheme to produce the final Tools Area
  appearance proposed in T10201 <https://phabricator.kde.org/T10201>. The titlebar background color is darkened a bit, and the
  titlebar gradient is turned off by default.
