This means that Plasma has introduced API into Frameworks and then
rapidly proceeded with making use of it - so it is a valid report in a
way, as this was one of the issues that was brought up in the recent
discussion on Frameworks/Plasma LTS.

I have initiated the Dependency Builds that will repair this
situation, although given we have breakage in Akonadi I fully expect
them to fail (*sigh*)
