Breakage in Breeze Icons

Hi all,

The build of breeze-icons is currently broken according to the CI system.

for details on this.

This appears to be due to commit 84a9e3953268c499553501a5caafa7ee4f52cc79

Could someone take a look and correct this please?

This is blocking Dependency Builds, which need to be run for Plasma
after KWin started depending immediately on new API in KCModule.
