  Looking pretty great. The appearance of the Tools Area itself is good in all KDE apps tested. Visually, I only see a few remaining issues:
  
  There's no line under the titlebar in windows without a Tools Area: F8135611: Screenshot_20200227_151538.png <https://phabricator.kde.org/F8135611>
  
  ...Except in System Settings, where there is a line, but it's darker than it is under the Tools Area for apps that do have one: F8135609: Screenshot_20200227_151418.png <https://phabricator.kde.org/F8135609>
  
  In KSysGuard, there's a tab bar right under the Tools area, but the Tools area doesn't get a line under it like there is in other apps with tabs below the Tools Area like Dolphin and Okular: F8135614: Screenshot_20200227_151712.png <https://phabricator.kde.org/F8135614>
