Let's have a Kickoff meeting at Thursday 20th at 15:00UTC/16:00CET in
#plasma on freenode or #plasma:kde.org on Matrix.

Agenda will be: review of 5.18, review of dependencies for 5.19, review of
schedule for 5.19, review of workitems for 5.19.  We usually take 2 hours
for these meetings but sometimes manage less.
