repo freeze tomorrow

Are there any specific steps needed?
I tried to make it so the cmake variables on the /CMakeLists.txt are
named like in Plasma.

We will also need plasma-wayland-protocols released as kdesupport soon.
Right now I'm trying to make sure all is well on the CI side.
