D29234: Fix various bugs introduced with heading

REVISION SUMMARY
  This fixes:
  
  - Indented notifications line (it's back)
  - Heading being non-clickable
  - Buttons not being right-aligned in history
  
  I'm unsure about my usage of cursorShape: Qt.PointingHandCursor in MouseArea; is this correct, or should I use a different component?
