REVISION SUMMARY
  When we get a URL back from the share provider, let clicking the notification open it.

TEST PLAN
  Shared something to pastebin (unfortunately purpose doesn't seem to allow sharing raw text, only URLs, which makes it not very useful...), got a notification, clicked it, got the paste opened in a new tab
