  While working on D28317 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D28317>, I noticed something: when a window becomes inactive, the icons change their colors, but only for the parts of the icon using the text color. Red icons, or parts of icons that are red, don't change at all which is a little weird-looking:

  Do we need an inactive red color or something?
