REVISION SUMMARY
  Make sure a cancel request gets rid of the job dialog eventually.

TEST PLAN
  - Started a copy, "kill -SIGSTOP `pidof dolphin`", hit Stop on job popup. Nothing happened for two seconds and then the dialog disappeared
