D24562: [FontAASettings] Use KSharedConfig

REVISION SUMMARY
  This way we write to the same shared config instance as e.g. krdb and when we `sync()` it then also reads the current values.

TEST PLAN
  Alternative, probably better approach to D24561 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D24561>
  
  - Verified that it reverts to default anti alias setting when the key isnt in fonts/config.xml, and that it writes it when present
  - Verified that changing font hinting has krdb sync the correct current value to xrdb
