REVISION SUMMARY
  Shows thumbnails for more files in notifications.

TEST PLAN
  Now also shows thumbnails for SVGs and other files

  I wonder why it doesn't do that automatically, I thought that was the default behavior now instead of me having to read the config and pass that default set in?
