REVISION SUMMARY
  We changed the desktop shadows in 10278e79f116 <https://phabricator.kde.org/R119:10278e79f11677bd59f7d554eb8e18e580686082>, but we also need to reflect this change in the Icon applet which renders its own label and shadows.
