REVISION SUMMARY
  This is patch one out of three in support of the new Appearance section layout decided upon on in T8871: Systematic KCM reorganisation <https://phabricator.kde.org/T8871>.
  
  In this patch, the ordering of some KCMs is changed, a few are moved out of the Workspace Theme category, and some names and comments are changed.
