monster patch
<d_ed> the whole backstory is complex, there was a fork of some really
old github branch
<d_ed> and the whole git merging was equally shitty
<d_ed> that still needs some work ASAP to be release ready

<kbroulik> - Only returned from vacation Wednesday
<kbroulik> - Mostly E-Mail, Bugzilla, and Phabricator backlog
<kbroulik> - Plasma Dialog no longer messes with Item's visibility
<kbroulik> -- Should fix (work around) flaky containsMouse handling in
e.g. notification popups
