REVISION SUMMARY
  This patch ports most of the QQC1 elements into QQC2 and makes use of Kirigami.FormLayout.
  
  Due to an overwhelming  number of options originally being present, the patch also splits them up
  into "Appearance" and "Behavior" categories.
