D19096: Improvements for long label items in Application Dashboard

  On some small screens e.g <= 1024x768, `units.iconSizes.large` is a bit too big, it may look better with `units.iconSizes.medium`

  Should I change it in this patch or create another one? Do we need to support <= 1024x768 screens nowadays ?
