REVISION SUMMARY
  powerdevil didn't let users report bugs ever since the kf5 port and this
  only got fixed in D19162 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D19162> so this mapping only has use from 5.16 onwards

TEST PLAN
  filed a crash report against bugstest.kde.org. works as expected and puts the bug into the correct product
