REVISION SUMMARY
  It enables do not disturb until turned off and allows disabling it.

TEST PLAN
  It doesn't have a shortcut by default, should it have one? I'm trying to get a shortcut config thing into notification KCM
  
  If you press the shortcut you get an OSD as well as the tray icon changing to show the crossed out bell or not
