REVISION SUMMARY
  I'm planning to use it in job notifications, too.
  This should also make it easier to migrate away from a custom drag implementation to using Qt's if we were to do that.

TEST PLAN
  - Took a screenshot:
  - clicking still opened the screenshot
  - right click still brought up the file menu
  - dragging the screenshot somewhere still worked
  - while the drag was active the timeout was halted
  - context menu button still worked
