D23389: Use "Make default" buttons to switch the default device

  We already have a drag-and-drop UI for determining the default and nobody has ever figured it out. :) DnD is not very intuitive for things that don't look inherently draggable, or that people have become accustomed to dragging (like files and folders in a file manager).
