REVISION SUMMARY
  As elaborated in D19873 <https://phabricator.kde.org/D19873> the vertical spacing between the master form layout and a specific wallpaper plugin was always too big. By anchoring the top of the stack view to the bottom of the main layout, the problem goes away.
