  Without commit 36a7e03 <https://phabricator.kde.org/R133:36a7e0313b153cc0c1598fa4e3254ee5ef2533d7>, KScreenLockerConfig.cmake contained set(KSCREENLOCKER_DBUS_INTERFACES_DIR ""), so yes, the build was broken.
