D16327: Update libdbusmenuqt folder

  AWC started out as some github project without asking us to make a plugin.
  
  Which would be (IMHO) the best path moving forwards.
  
  Note also libdbusmenu-qt upstream is both export and import, whereas the p-w part is only import.
