Minutes meeting week 22

Hello people,

Below are notes and logs (attached) for this week's meeting

Sho_:

 * [TM] More work on supporting apps run through Wine properly (icons, pinning, etc.)
 * [TM] Made libtm smarter about being able to tell apart concurrently installed Linux native and Windows/Wine versions of the same app (e.g. Steam)
 * [TM] Filed https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45245 with Wine to get them to fix some bundled .desktop files for Wine utility apps
 * [TM] Worked around buggy VirtualBox behavior so it's recognized properly on TM with some new mapping rules
 * [SysSe] Follow-up bugfixing on the new Language KCM
 * [KWin] Struggling through autotests on xdg-toplevel-decoration

notmart:

 * continuing work on porting desktop scripting to QJSEngine
 ** made the port build and work, workaround a Qt bug(https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-68397)
 ** tested with a variety of look&feel layouts (default, netrunner, united, elpas), just works
 ** up for review D13112
 * fixed a bug in kpackage for rcc plasmoids
 * more work on the wayland desktop protocol based on feedback on D12820
 * kirigami list drag and drop waits on D13137

 * D13084 - fix for bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=386304 - needs review
 * Troubleshooting the skip switcher patches. Fixed broken desktop because of a very little mistake by: D13076
 * Created a task for general organisation thoughts on KCM/Syse: T8871 - pls join the discussion with own drafts of an "optimal categorization"
 * Currently looking into several issues with cursor locking/confinement on Wayland, for example https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=388885
 * Still need reviews for several diffs for KWin/KWayland. Wrote Martin a mail last week, but have not yet received a reply. So if you feel comfortable reviewing them, I would appreciate it.

bshah:

 - More brainstorm with dimkard[m] on improving plasma mobile contributor base
 - Some more task triaging for Plasma Mobile
 - Work to get qt 5.11 on neon, stuck on the webengine atm
 - Firefighting the plasma-desktop today morning : see plasma-devel

ftDev:

 - applied Kirigami design to Touchpad KCM (libinput/wayland) https://phabricator.kde.org/D13141 
 - I'm did the revisions according to feedbacks. 
 - I'll post the last diff then I'll fix the following bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387156 
 - After all, there will be another patch which will bring the libinput/wayland KCM design to libinput/xorg
