Advance Monday Meeting Notes

Hi all,

probably can't make it to next Monday's meeting, here's my notes:

* Fixes for plasma-browser-integration (excludes incognito tabs now on Firefox 
and fixed options page there)
* Various fixes for QQC2 desktop style (focus indicator on CheckBox/
RadioButton, more consistent spacing, right-to-left fixes)
* Fixed Task Manager "Start new instance" being offered when it shouldn't
* KHotkeys settings save prompt is consistent with rest of System Settings now
* Dolphin sorts track number, line/word count, and release year properly (as 
numbers)
* Minor visual fix for ksysguard column headers
* Plasma-integration no longer messes with foreign windows (e.g. kdialog --
attach would set desktop file name of attachee to kdialog)
* Minor fixes for new QML KCMs
* Global menu applet now opens on press to behave more like QMenuBar
