REVISION SUMMARY
  Makes it consistent with `QTabWidget`

TEST PLAN
  Copied from `ComboBox`
  Wheeled mouse, tabs switched, didn't wrap around at the end just like.
  Could wheel on both empty area of the bar as well as ontop of buttons
