REVISION SUMMARY
  As discussed and agreed to by VDG, change the lock screen background from the blue color to the current Plasma wallpaper.

TEST PLAN
  - `rm ~/.config/kscreenlockerrc`
  - Build and install kscreenlocker with this patch
  - Lock the screen
  
  [kscreenlocker image goes here]
