REVISION SUMMARY
  We currently do not support Qt scaling in plasmashell but in case we do, don't forget this.

TEST PLAN
  Ran plasmashell with `PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=true` and now get crisp context menu icons
  
  Shouldn't have any effect on IconItem etc
