REVISION SUMMARY
  This groups entries in Places under the same categories (Places, Recently Saved, Remote, Devices, etc) as in all other places places are shown

TEST PLAN
  The "Applications" are still properly at the top, below is "Places", "Remote", etc instead of just "Places"
