REVISION SUMMARY
  This makes for a less cluttered appearance and is what Breeze does by default.

  FIXED-IN: 5.13.0

TEST PLAN
  It does not follow the Breeze setting for that, strictly it's not related to widgets style at all, but it makes it behave the same for the default use case.
