  I noticed that "shutdown" sequence is not the same as "standby" one.
  Shutdown for secondary:
  disconnect -> remove crtc -> connect -> assign crtc
  
  Standby for secondary:
  disconnect -> connect (why?) -> remove crtc -> assign crtc
