REVISION SUMMARY
  Otherwise by the time applications receive the DBus signal, the config change has not been written to disk yet.

TEST PLAN
  This used to work but perhaps my computer is too fast now :D
  Changed styles with a running Kate instance, it picked up the correct style every time.
