REVISION SUMMARY
  This makes testing custom images a lot easier.

TEST PLAN
  - Changing icon through icon butotn still works
  - Dropping an icon works
  - Verified that it rejects non-supported icons (I thought KIconDialog had some sophisticated kiconthemes or qimagereader format query but it's just a hardcoded list of formats)
