5.11.5 release (almost) done

Hi all,
In order to have more people know about the release process of plasma,
I tried today of taking care of the 5.11.5 release.
The process went, not that smooth, but went, now all should be
uploaded and the web pages:
https://www.kde.org/info/plasma-5.11.5.php and
https://www.kde.org/announcements/plasma-5.11.4-5.11.5-changelog.php

they are not published yet (as well as the files aren't readable yet)
please proof read the pages to see if they are ok, and then all should
be published...
which, from the readme of releaseme i didn't totally understand how is done?
