REVISION SUMMARY
  OSD, Applet Alternatives, and Interactive Console were still creating their own QML engine

TEST PLAN
  - Changed volume, OSD showed up fine
  - Successfully switched to another clock applet
  - Brought up interactive console and ran `print("hello")` in it
