  Right now the Add-ons are separated into two somewhat arbitrary categories, and most of what's in the "Application addons" category is really more Plasma-related.
  
  This patch puts everything in a single category, which yields the following benefits:
  
  - No awkward and arbitrary split
  - Easier to find what you're looking for by browsing
  - Easier to find what you're looking for by searching, since a search now searches all categories
