REVISION SUMMARY
  Kickoff uses AppsModel instead of RootModel but since RootModel inherits AppsModel we can just move everything over here.

TEST PLAN
  Avoids Kickoff refreshing its model a gazillion times when opening.
  Kicker still working without adjustments.
