D14690: make the layout of the nm kcm fully work

REVISION SUMMARY
  - The list view items always need to have width: listview.width binding
  - the header should be directly the text field, not a rectangle
  - removed some properties that are managed automatically in the kcm components/kirigami
  - It's better to avoid reversed layouts, and to use RowLayout instead of Row when possible
