REVISION SUMMARY
  - Implement undo delete feature
  - Introduce `currentIndex` property instead of `indexOf()` method
  - Make GHNS dialog window modal instead of application modal
  - Support drag and drop to install themes
  - Use `InlineMessage` for installation error/success notifications
